SummerBeauty Refund Policy

60-Day Return Policy

You have 60 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@summerbeauty.ca.

Eligibility for Refund

For a full refund, the rejected item must meet the following criteria:

  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be included.
  • Some feedback on why the product isn't right for you.

Try Samples First

To minimize waste, we strongly encourage you to try the accompanying samples of the product first to test for any adverse reactions.

Opened or Used Products

We offer full refunds for products that have been opened or used. We understand that you may need to try a product to know if it works for your skin, which is why we have this flexible return policy.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at info@summerbeauty.ca to initiate the return.
  2. We will provide a return shipping label and further instructions.

: Items sent without initiating a return request will not be eligible for a refund.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at info@summerbeauty.ca if you find the item defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will assess the situation and provide a suitable solution.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

For expedient exchanges, return the item you have and, once the return is approved, place a new order.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item meets the eligibility criteria listed above.

Refunds

Upon receiving notice of your request for a refund that is eligible, we will notify you of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that it may take additional time for your bank to process and post the refund.
